Great customer service, always greeted with a smile. Helpful staff explained local attractions and how to get there. Efficient check-in process.

Rooms were dirty with stained carpets and a stale smell. Uncomfortable beds, reminded me of a water bed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, just a quick walk or bus ride away from all the main attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with everything we needed including tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a safe. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the room service and laundry services. The casino and fitness centre were also great amenities to have.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The hotel had a great location with stunning views from our room. The staff, especially Vinneta, were excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate my vegan dietary needs. The breakfast spread was fresh and tasty, with a good selection of options.

I recently stayed at Radisson in Copenhagen for three nights on a business trip. The hotel's location was perfect, not far from the M1 metro station and within walking distance to the old city. The view from our room on the 21st floor was nice, despite facing a less spectacular part of the city. The sound isolation was generally good, except for occasional noise from neighboring rooms. The modern bathroom was a pleasant surprise, as I have seen more dated hotels. The receptionist was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. The spacious room had an excellent view over the city and was equipped with everything I needed. The availability of various restaurants on the ground floors, including Thai and Japanese options, was convenient after a busy day of sightseeing. There were multiple check-in/out booths staffed around the clock, minimizing waiting times.

Would recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed the fantastic view of the city from our room and the excellent breakfast with a great variety of options. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Vinneta were very good to make our stay more enjoyable. the hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to the city centre and transportation and in walking distance of the Kristianshavn area.

We were pleasantly surprised by the great breakfast option which we originally had not included in our reservation, but after seeing the great options, we decided to enjoy breakfast there both days we were there. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful, making sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel also had a bar/lounge area where we could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The location of this venue was perfect, just out of the center in a business district, allowing us to easily access all the tourist attractions while still enjoying a quiet and peaceful environment.
